The generational passport is the core of our extended circular economy. It will initially be limited to Switzerland and will apply to all furniture produced from 2025 onwards.
Registering for the generational passport activates a number of benefits that ensure that our furniture is passed on and retains its value beyond its first cycle of use.

warranty
The warranty on your purchased furniture is extended from five to 10 years.

service
You get easy access to repairs or alterations to your furniture and can purchase maintenance sets or spare parts, such as gliders, directly from us. 

events
You can receive exclusive or discounted admission to Horgenglarus events.

buyback
If an owner is no longer using a piece of Horgenglarus furniture, a buy-back offer can be requested.

cycle 2
If the buy-back offer and appraisal are accepted, the piece of furniture is returned to its place of manufacture in Glarus, where we expertly refurbish it and return it back into circulation. A new warranty of five years on the refurbished piece provides an extra guarantee.
