ess.tee.tisch t-6500 special edition
Jürg Bally, 1951; Daniel Hunziker 2014 / 2024
A tribute to the original from 1951, reimagined by Daniel Hunziker in three striking colours.Sometimes a classic just needs the right impulse to shine anew. Designer Daniel Hunziker achieved exactly that: with a strong sense for form, function, and history, he brought Jürg Bally’s height-adjustable table — originally designed in 1951 — into the present in 2014. His redesign made it suitable for series production and turned it into part of the Horgenglarus collection.Ten years — and countless Ess.Tee.Tisch tables later — it’s time for a tribute:Mint, orange, and bordeaux breathe fresh life into the familiar design and set new accents. Crafted from lacquered ash wood and paired with a colour-coordinated linoleum top, it creates a dynamic dialogue between tradition and contemporary spirit. A piece of furniture that tells a story — while looking ahead.
Table top covered with linoleum and solid wood edge, diameter 95cm, frame in solid wood adjustable 42-74cm. Central foot connection in cast iron, anthracite, adjustment mechanism of stainless steel
