Register your new furniture in the generational passport and get exclusive benefits.
Once you’ve registered, you will receive your generational passport by email. Please keep this document safe and use it as a reference in case you have warranty claims, buy-back enquiries, service orders or other concerns.
You can register all Horgenglarus furniture produced from 2025 onwards. The first four letters of the serial number represent the production year – BJBE stands for 2025. You can find the serial number on the metal badge under your piece of furniture.
Currently you can only register with a Swiss address.
